BASIC SERVICE PACKAGE includes
A secure key holding service and 24-hour point of contact. Also a weekly visit to your property and additional checks following storms, giving you total peace of mind.
We will check the security and maintenance inside and out. Checking locks, alarms etc. A general tidy of all the outside areas to include sweeping of terraces and steps. Inside the property will be aired, ventilated and checked for pests. In winter months we can arrange for the heating to be on when you arrive. We will water any houseplants and generally keep the inside clean and tidy. We can check mail boxes and forward any post if requested. After each visit we will send you an email report and if any problems are found we will report back to you with photographic evidence.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
All our additional services are provided along with our supervision and personal management.
GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING: The last thing you want to think about when visiting your holiday home is housework. Let us provide cleaning and/or laundry service before, during, or after your stay. We can provide a similar service for rental properties or discuss personal packages to suit your requirements.
POOL MAINTENANCE: We can provide a service to clean, maintain and monitor the hygiene of your pool on a regular basis.
GARDENING SERVICE: Let us put in the hard work so that you can enjoy your garden. We can provide a full garden service from design, landscaping and planting to a general tidy. Duties include: cutting grass, weeding, seasonal pruning, monitoring irrigation systems and planting of pots etc
GENERAL MAINTENANCE: We can find and supervise local craftsmen for small projects in the home or supply a list of companies or service engineers for all your general house maintenance needs. We can also make sure that you have fuel - gas/oil or logs for your stay.
RENTAL SERVICE PACKAGES: We can design a rental service package to suit your requirements. This can include a general housekeeping/cleaning/laundry service and if needed garden tidy. Extras such as fresh flowers and fruit baskets along with fridge stocking and welcome hampers can also be arranged. We can also provide airport transfers or booking of hire cars/taxis.

PRICE PLANS
Our aim is to provide you with a bespoke package to meet your budget. Prices depend on the size of your property and the extent of your individual requirements. After an initial visit to the property and consultation we will provide you with a monthly price for a basic service package that you can then add to with any of our additional services.
